TRIM-LIFE

Group hypnotherapy is offered through the TRIM-LIFE® program, a registered weight release program from The Wellness Institute (A Triad Company). The program runs with a minimum of 6 participants for 6 weeks via Zoom or in person.  Individual sessions are available.
